Quality Assurance
We believe it is our responsibility to check and record the quality of service we provide to you. It is our policy to operate a control system specifically designed to meet the requirements of your specification and premises.

This system will be designed prior to commencement of the contract. Each item on the specification will be inspected in each area and awarded points from 1 to 10. A score of 7 or below would not be considered acceptable.

This ensures that prompt action is taken when necessary.

These inspections will be undertaken by the supervisor on a random selection of zone areas within the contract on a daily basis.

In addition, independent random check inspections using the same system will be carried out by the manager.

Service inspections are a control for consistency of service. Hence all staff are motivated towards achieving and maintaining higher standards.
